Meet the Chocolatier
Michael D. Poole is an award-winning chef who has 30 years of experience as a firehouse cook for the Seattle Fire Department. He has also been featured on The Rachael Raye Show, King 5 and Kiro 7 TV.
Chef Poole is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Paris with Le Grande Diplome in Cuisine and Pastry. He specialzes in French and Island cuisines, French pastries, and handcrafted artisinal chocolates.
