Shipping

Hot Chocolat processes and ships within 2 business days from receipt of payment, Monday through Thursday. Orders received Friday through Sunday will be shipped out on following Monday or Tuesday, to avoid the possibility of sitting the weekend in a shipping facility. No delivery between May and September (chocolates don’t like warm weather).

Please allow extra processing time for large quantity orders, multiple ship-to orders, and seasonal holiday orders. Order by December 20 for delivery by Christmas Day, December 25.

When your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to the shipping provider’s website where you can track your shipment. All packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail 2-3 business day service. Expedited and Express delivery options (e.g. 2-day, next day air, Saturday delivery) are available on customer request for an additional charge.

Additional Restrictions:

Delivery is available in the U.S. only, and quoted rates are for the 48 contiguous states	Hot Chocolat is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
