Welcome to Hot Chocolat, the new home of MDP Signature Chocolates by award-winning Chef Michael D. Poole. An exquisite collection of fine chocolates that combines the finest cocoa, eclectic ingredients, and traditional French techniques, creating savory chocolate confections with timeless style that feel both classic and contemporary.
You will find flavors with unexpected twists like Hot Chocolat's new signature habanero caramel, firehouse chili, and other exotics, as well as classic ganache, fine toffee, rich caramel, and more.

Come and join us at the Festival Sundiata for Black Arts Fest 2013. Stop by our booth and enjoy samples of our artistic chocolates crafted by chocolatier and chef Michael D. Poole. We will have chocolates for purchase as well. We are bringing back our world famous “Pharaoh” chocolate: a dark chocolate with a smooth, vanilla caramel.
